Good coffee and selection of snacks, pretty standard as far as Nero quality goes. The staff here are always friendly and attentive. The cafe used to have an issue with there not being enough staff to service the long queues, especially during weekends but that seems to have been resolved and I always see at least 2 people at the counter now, which is a big improvement. A lot of trainee staff recently who on occasion may get our orders wrong but usually it's a minor issue and they're happy to resolve it. All in all, I think this is the best cafe in the Galleria for sure and one of the best in Hatfield.

Best place if u want a quiet place to study or just chill, staff are also great specially Harvey he is the sweetest! Spanish latte is what i always order and they make good ones

It was very busy. We'll done to the staff for holding it all together! Hot chocolate for me and an oat milk version for daughter, using the Three+ app £1 each. Very nice!

The barrista that Wednesday morning was a really nice chap He dealt with 3 people in a few minutes multitasking easily ie asking what we wanted while making coffee instead of ignoring people 😀 How refreshing maybe Nero actually train their staff probably ?!!?
