Hungry Jack's

Wow, this place was shambles. in such a lovely and well developed area, how is it possible to find such a dodgy looking establishment. The place had less atmosphere than a Library. Not a person in sight, yet the place was that filthy and outdated. Was absolutely craving a Bacon deluxe hunger tamers box, however the kfc next door seemed very tempting, so i thought i’d pop in to HJ’s, and boy oh boy i feel like an idiot. despite no one being in the store, i received the most poorly assembled burger. Outrageous. I also received 2 out of my 3 nuggets. The highlight of my meal was my 3/4th filled cup of coke. Staff was kinda nice though so that’s a positive. in all seriousness though, how do you expect to make money with a store looking that. Was thinking about sitting down and enjoying my meal before heading into the cinema to watch a movie, however, the place was appalling so i had to go sit back in the car. I’m surprised the place is still in business. Pull your head in. Get a grip. I believe this establishment should either be renovated, or replaced with anything but hungry jacks. This place needs more than jesus.

God what can I say. As soon as I walked in the door I knew my experience would be very disappointing compared to other Hungry Jacks. No one in the restaurant, it was like a ghost town. I got my regular order of a whopper cheese hunger tamers. I was optimistic and hoped the food would redeem it but god was I once again disappointed. With the lacking amount of customers this place seemed to have you’d think the food would be somewhat taken care off but god was I wrong. The patty was burnt, dry and basically cardboard. Was given 2 nuggets when it should’ve been 3 and they were horribly sloppy and soggy. The chips were somewhat decent but the highlight of the meal was by a country mile the drink. Maybe this was because it wasn’t actually made by the store but who knows. Me and a mate were umming and arring whether to go HJ’s or KFC, thought HJ’s was a good pick but from now on whenever I visit Wallis Cinemas I will forever dine in at KFC. Sorry to whoever goes to this place. Council please give this place some money for some decent renovations. Cheers and Thanks

Ordered grilled chicken burgers with Bacon and they were black burnt all around the edges, asked the manager for another burger re done and he said that it's just the way the grill setting is set. Asked can you take the chicken off sooner and he said no sorry. He didn't offer a refund until I asked for it. Bad burgers and bad service

I love HJs and thought I'd dine in this saturday evening - really wish I hadn't. This is the most uninviting and dirtiest hungry jacks I have been to - no one there, not one prints on the walls, dirty windows, dirty floors and the counter was dirty too and there was all this long term dust and grime build up around the registers. It has really put me off going back. I'm just imagining the kitchen. Management needs to lift it's game with the updated KFC next door that looked sparkling clean from the outside and was really busy. My double beef whopper was absolutely delicious though and hot and fresh and this is why I still give it 3*. Wishing I had just gone through the drive through as previous without knowing the dirty aspect though. Makes me not want to go back.

Awful service from the MANAGER! Was stuck in the drive thru today because the ATM machine was broken!!!! Gave this 3 stars because the staff especially a girl named Charlie served me. She was so patient and lovely to be served by. HOWEVER, I didn’t give it five stars because THE MANAGER didn’t do anything!!!!! So rude while the staff were getting the work done 😡 the joint also needs a Reno

OMG! Worst eva. Broken down, torn seats, food and rubbish every where. Worst still the owner was direct the busy staff to clean up while she was texting. It's almost impossible for people with disabilities to enter( wheelchair forget it). Can't wait for the new KFC next door to open. I will never bring any clients again to this disgusting sty. 👎👎👎
