We made an online order for a 12:30pm pick up. Order wasn't ready when we arrived and staff were just chatting away taking their time to make it. Schnitzel Wraps were good but chips were cold.

THE worst takeaway experience EVER! Ordered 1xchicken schnitzel, x1 regular chips and 1 salad at 3pm today on Schnitz’s website for delivery at 6pm. Received KFC at 6pm??? On phone with Schnitz and Doordash for 2hrs. Our 13yo son was SO disappointed, he’s been wanting this Friday night (end of his Covid iso tomorrow) to be treat night and it didn’t happen. NEVER again. No Manager at Schnitz to talk to either. Schnitz and Doordash need to sort out accountabilities.

The ladies were were rostered on did more laughing around and probably about the customers then making orders, very unprofessional. I had to wait 30 mins for my food which is a bit of a joke in my opinion. If your going to order from here preorder is my recommendation.

I love every schnitz.
Ordered a vegetarian schnitzel. Good and authentic taste. Tried new hot curry mayonnaise, it was very good with the fries. Bit up and down, but generally it's good. Chips were bit cold but well cooked. Little bit expensive.
If you like to eat your food up high, it's the place for you.

Food is fantastic but there is a problem. Restaurant blames drivers saying they r slow. Even though drivers waiting out the front. Uber eats never find my house so food missing or seriously cold. Frustrating & if u call the store they will tell u it is Uber. They need to sort it out & do all of us a favour

Long wait times for parma and chips, other schitz places take 10-15 mins, had to wait over 30+ mins and it wasn't even that busy //:

I personally love Schnitz. I find it a little bit healthier yet tasty in comparison to those deep fried patties. Ordering over the phone or app is always a quick way to avoid long waits. Overall great food, good service. They should do more promotions.
