Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca

Attended a birthday party for a friend here the other night and the food and service was fantastic. Easy access to the parking lot to the south of the restaurant or valet parking lot below. The restaurant is in the southeast corner of Green Valley Ranch Resort Spa & Casino. The restaurant itself has a very well-designed layout and again, easy access to parking or directly into the casino. Everyone, from the hostesses to the servers were very professional and most of all friendly. The menu was predetermined for the birthday party but there was not one thing that was not delicious. I especially love the wood grilled salmon and veal picatta dishes. Other dishes/sides included crispy calamari, mushroom truffle tagliatelle, and for dessert we had cannolis as well as a birthday cake.

This restaurant is absolutely stunning. I love how they have a lounge area for guests waiting to be seated. We only had to wait a few minutes before being taken to our table. They served us complimentary focaccia bread with oil and vinegar. We ordered the octopus appetizer, and not only was it the most tender octopus we’ve ever had, but the flavor profile was interesting, very different, and very delicious. We also had oysters which were very fresh and sweet and of course, a bit salty. I loved the condiments offered with them. We got the lamb entree, which apparently I was too excited to eat, because I forgot to take a picture. The lamb was so tender, juicy, and had a perfect slight char on the outside. The sauce it came with was yummy, and the bed of arugula and goat cheese paired with it made an amazing combination. Our server Jade was sweet, patient, informative, and on top of everything. She really did a fantastic job. We can’t wait to go back.

Tried the date night Monday menu. Worth it and everything was good. Didn't expect that the food will be enough for both of us. Nice ambience and a great date place Meatballs were good. We also ordered the calamari coz we wanted to try and it was nicely seasoned-love it! The chicken marsala and alfredo was good and the taste was not usual flavor. It was better! By the time the cannolis came in, we were so full. Enjoyed the hibiscus paloma cocktail. Good value for 50% off Daniel was our server and he was great!

Grubhub got us the wrong food. The manager Victoria offered to cover an entire dinner for me and my wife. Never received such customer service before. We offered to pay for extra items we ordered but they made it on house. My wife and I are mind blown by the generosity and exceptional service. Not to mention the food is so good. Highly recommend for a surreal experience. Definitely going back. Luz was exceptional in her service. Warm, cheerful, generous, polite. Both manager and Luz deserve promotion.

4.4 Stars!?!? I just don’t get it. I understand that you just can’t make everyone happy and some people are just impossible to please, and no matter how hard you try to make everyone like you - some just won’t….but Bottiglia deserves far better than 4.4 stars in my book. Chef Alessandro alone deserves a booster to 10 :) I mean, everything that comes out of his kitchen is nothing short of amazing. Presentation is always on point and every thing we’ve tried while he’s on the clock has been absolutely, positively delicious….and his Vodka entree easily found its way to #1 on our “all time favorite pasta dishes ever” list!! And not just local either…..even though it is Las Vegas and that would be an acccomplishment by itself, but I’m talking nationwide. He’s a magician!! Actually he’s more like a rockstar!! And he really cares about his creations….and after having the pleasure of talking with him on a few occasions, it’s obvious that he really wants to make people happy feel happiness through their palates :) So, if you’re a person who cares about taste and flavor and appreciates a chef who pours his heart into everything he makes for you….you’ll love Alessandro!! He’s the coolest chef in town!! And every single person on the Bottiglia team knows it. They all seem to love him as much as we do!! Don’t change a thing!!! From the Hostesses to the Servers, and the Managers to the Chef to the Bussers….A+++++++!! One of our favorite places!! And to be honest, every time I’ve walked into GVR, I lose money….too much money over the years…so the only time I leave that place with a smile on my face is after dinner or brunch at Bottiglia!!

About 20 minutes from all of the action of the strip. We went Saturday morning, right when they opened, had a reservation, and had no issues as we were the 1st ones there and seated. Very cute restaurant unexpectedly in slightly smoky casino. Service was very good, but 1 dish came out very wrong and the french toast came out very burnt. The waitress was very kind and got the 1st dish corrected and offered to remove the bunt food and get us a dessert on the house. However, we were on a time schedule and declined. The pasta and avocado toast were amazing. We will definitely be back.

We went for Sunday brunch. I had read and heard good things about their brunch so I thought I would give them a try. I have been here in the past one time for dinner and I was not impressed with the food or the service. Feeling that it could have been just a bad night, I thought I may give them another try. I am so glad that I did! The experience for our brunch was completely different. The food and drinks were excellent as well as our service. As a Vegan I would like to see more options available. They had one option available. With that said , it was very good! Everyone else in my party enjoyed their brunch too. Make sure that you save room for dessert! They did offer a vegan chocolate pudding that was delicious and their sticky bun was incredible!

The special was beef rib on polenta…OMG..delish... veal with mushrooms and chicken fettuccine was creamy and very good. it was ALL very good. The good the service above and beyond. That watermelon mojito (two)🤪sooo good. Topped off with The Shoe for dessert 👏🏽and a very smooth espresso (one) shot hmmm 😋 and the company was pretty awesome…
