Came here for lunch while at work today. The girl at the drivethru window was friendly. I got a single #9 combo with onion rings instead of fries. The burger was okay, it was kinda cold within a minute or 2 of leaving the drive through which is odd. The onion rings were inedible. Not sure if they were old and fried again for my order or just very burnt but the one I bit into broke apart like a potato chip and tasted bad. After looking at the rest I realized they were all bad. 2/5 stars because the drink was okay and the cashier was friendly. Food is 1/5.

Extremely poor quality in all respects! 4/18/2022 around 7.30 pm, I was served by young black skinny girl. I ordered freshly cooked French Fries and extra salt. While waiting for my order, she said that French Fries were being cooked. When receiving my order, I asked her if she had put the salt (tiny bags) in. Looking directly into my eyes, she said “yes”. As a result, when opened my order, no salt and cold soggy French Fries with taste of onion. Horrible! I have always come to this place for my favorite French Fries. Not anymore!! ...This business does not deserve its location! Extremely poor quality in all respects!

We were hungry and didn't have a lot of time so thought we'd give the place another try. We went through the drive through. The person at the window was way more professional and friendly than we had seen times before where they seemed annoyed to have a customer with the exception of one lady that had worked there before. New management/staff makes a huge difference! We went there 7 or 8 months ago and walked into a nasty slippery greasy floor. I almost fell. We figured whoever "cleaned" the floor didn't get the mix right. Went in three months later to the same thing but you could see dirty shoe prints and it had a layer of grease you could see. We had to wipe our feet before we got into the car because you could hear it on our shoes sticking to the asphalt on the way back to the car. I figured fine, next time we'll go through the drive through. We got zucchini. The bag was falling apart on the bottom because the grease soaked through to my brand new car. The food wasn't as good as other locations. The food we got yesterday was much better than before and tasted consistent with the other locations.

Bought this spicy chicken sandwich today.. patty was overcooked and hard to eat Thought it might be just 1 sandwich will be like that but the other one was the same.. Please try to be more responsible of what you are serving.. its ok to take a lil long to deliver better food to the customers but dont give such food ... and today was not even that busy like usual.. this place was really good but now the quality and service is going down sadly 😞

They are never open for dine in its 12 in the afternoon and they are closed I drive a box truck and can not go in trew drive trew in the time I have been parked here I have seen atlest 5 ppl go and try and open the door owners chek your cameras your staff is not letting ppl dine in you guys are losing customers and making the franchise look bad

Worst Carl's Jr Franchise. Been there 4 occasions, every time I am reminded that the staff morale and attitude is pitiful. Unfriendly, slow, no attention to detail... The Franchise owner should sell it off and give Carl's Jr corporate the opportunity to have a good location in such a busy residential area.

Went there around 9 PM on Dec 25, ordered through the drive through, the guy taking the order was extremely rude and used foul language. There was 1 car in front of me. Took 20 minutes to hand them their order. When my turn finally came, the same tall guy with dreadlocks that took the order, was Not wearing a mask and along with the short blonde haired girl (might have been a manager), they kept making inappropriate gestures with each other. They asked me the name of the order 3 more times and after another 25 minutes they gave me my order. The guy was extremely rude and unprofessional. Not sure why this place is even open.
