Subway

I rarely eat out but the one day I decided to do so the food was not fresh and I’ve had to pay for it, please understand that some of us have sensitive stomachs and can’t take the risk of eating food that is not fully cooked or heated. The service overall could be better. The man who made my sandwich was kind of rude. It was a waste of my money.

No one answers the phone. Always hangs up!! This location has once again shorted my order and ripped me off. Beware when ordering via their mobile app from this location. There is no support or contact. Unless you go through door dash, grubhub, etc. At least their support will credit you for items not received that have been paid for.

Wife order a sandwich and this monstrosity showed up. How do you do this to a sandwich and not have the integrity to remake the thing and send out a proper one? LAYERS of pepper on my wifes sandwich made it completely inedible. This seems to just happen with their night shift crew. Don't be lazy, Subway! Y'all quality has been on a downward trajectory for years now. Food delivery services need to take this specific Subway off of there apps for night deliveries. Day shift seems to be good.

Set the scene. Walking in you are overcome with hunger and thirst after having walked 5 feet from your busted car in the 120 degree heat. Your friend is with you standing in line when a peculiar character appears on the other side of the sandwich bar. A man about 35 years old dressed like a miserable fall out boy band member. He asks "What you want?" and you reply "May I have a meatball sub please?" he looks over his shoulder flips his hair and says "No." That is all.

I want to brag about 2 employees that work at this location. The first is Aaron. He has been making my subs for a year. And this evening I met Kai. Both are incredible sub makers. Every time I go in I always get 5 footlongs, fully loaded, plus extras. And each time I am blown away by these 2 and their skills. I can tell them my 5 subs order and they are able to memorize it after only being told once, make them all at the same time, and without any mistakes. They are also so neat and clean with putting the subs together. Nothing irks me more than someone who just slaps things together in one big mess. Both Aaron and Kai are so nice, quick, accurate, and so impressive. They both deserve raises.

all i wanted was to buy a drink. 10 people in line allready. 1 group ordered 15 sandwiches. no biggie. but all 4 people working ignored me and the grub hub or pre ordered guy waiting. very rude people all are very inconsiderate dont understand people. again. 3 of the people couls have checked me out any time.

I just witnessed an employee become irate at a customer when there was a problem with an order. A kid by the name of angel started cussing at the customer and when he kept going off I tried to calm the kid. He then started in on me, cussing and arguing with me when all I wanted was to get him to stop. There was no manager on site and none of the other employees would say anything. He persisted until we got our order and left. Hopefully he is relieved of his position before someone gets hurt.
