Taco Bell

Don’t visit here if expecting good service OR photos of any items this place has posted as they don’t even have any of these photoed items anymore. This place is notorious for placing items on the menu and them disappearing 2 weeks later. The WORST. I think they remove items from the menu that customers purchase the most as lazy as this place is. Nacho bell grande purchase on the left, as advertised on the right. Since when did a tablespoon of refried beans get plopped on a container of chips? NO BEEF

Literally the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. To begin I ordered a cheesy bean and rice burrito and it wasn’t wrapped or anything it was just thrown in the bag. I asked for it to be remade and they were yelling at the so called manager who just threw it in the bag. Remade it and there was no sauce on the burrito what so ever. Also ordered a chicken quesadilla and they messed that up. The right sauce wasn’t on the quesadilla. I don’t know if those night shifters were just high AF or what. I couldn’t eat any of it because it sucked. I was also scared if there’s that many things wrong with it what else was wrong with it?

Lobby was closed early last night, when I went to the drive thru the female inside said there would be a long wait because she was the only person there. There was a wait but as the cars in front of me passed through the line new cars pulled in behind me and she continued to cook in between taking orders, accepting payments and passing food out the drive thru. Besides the wait, which wasn't terrible, this one employee did a better job being all alone than I normally get when there is a full staff. I can't remember her name but it shouldn't be hard to figure out because she was the only one there. She definitely deserves a giant raise and a leadership position. If I was in charge I would increase her pay by at least $9 an hour because she can do a better job by herself than having her and two of the bozos normally working there at night. Maybe TB should look into paying two or three highly motivated people $20 plus an hour to work like she did instead of wasting their money filling the staff with kids and degenerates who don't care to be there working in the first place.
