Outback Steakhouse

I admittedly had an issue with service on Mother’s Day. What would have started out as a complaint turned in to a positive 5 star review. First, it was very busy, but the food was great, and it was evident everyone was overwhelmed with the volume of orders. There were definitely some stellar moments I witnessed, from traffic control, to my order being accurate and well put together (I’m sure the cooks were busting their butts to get orders out). My issue did involve my interaction with one employee. I was perturbed enough to email my concerns. What makes my review 5 stars is how I was impressed with the professionalism and kindness of the response I received by the manager Joshua. He reached out to me promptly with an explanation and offer to make things right. More impressive is that despite emailing and receiving a response quickly, he also took the time to call later that evening. He was extremely well spoken and provided great details to the events that went down. In retrospect the event was not earth shattering, but he did a great job following up and making it known how much he wanted to make it right. I didn’t wish to complain for compensation. I know times are challenging and they were caught off guard with how busy it was. What I do care about is the way this man followed up. That speaks volumes and will keep me coming back. I hope those who oversee the Henrietta NY location know what a great leader they have in the store manager Joshua T. That’s the kind of leadership any corporation should be thrilled to have. I will be a return customer for a long time to come and will pay forward any generosity received from Josh.

This visit was amazing! Our waiter(David, I believe)was phenomenal! He was great with our children and e sure we had everything we needed. He even brought sanitizer to the table! The space was updated to promote social distancing. The chef, Jeff, was amazing as well! He came over to check on our food. During this quarantine, my faith in humanity has been restored immensely. Thank you Outback!

I stopped coming here due to poor experience in the past, but went here out of convience for my daughter's birthday and we had a great time. Server was super kind and accommodating. Manager came over and introduced himself to us and was very kind asked us how the visit went. They even gave my daughter a free birthday desert.(places don't do that anymore!) Overall, a good experience. And will be happy to go back again in the future!

My first time at this location and second time at an Outback Steakhouse. My first time was a location in Northern CA and I was less than impressed. This location restored my faith in Outback. Like my first time, I ordered Prime Rib and this time it came out PERFECT! Our server, Chris had promised me I would be happy with it and he was right. His service was spectacular. He was funny, attentive and took good care of us. Our food came out in a timely manner and everything was good. I will definitely be back here again! As a note, the Cheesecake we all had for dessert was also delicious!

Chris was our server and besides being extremely handsome he has a great sense of humor. He continuously made sure everything was ok with my party. He made my birthday celebration a success!!! Our order was correct and the food came to our table hot. The manager also came to check on us. Great customer service you won't be disappointed

The food was good and portions just right but felt the prices were high. I like my ceasar salad cold this was room temperature. Service was okay. We were served fresh bread but was surprised when I seen an ant crawling. I'm sure it was on the table but still a little creeped out. Waitress just mushed it and cleaned the table off and brought fresh bread.

The service was outstanding. My cousin and I was served by Rhonda...she was outstanding. Her suggestion were on point, going above and and beyond, she made it seem easy. It was definitely part of her personality. The atmosphere of the Outback what's very relaxing. We sat at the bar and the bartender added to the greatness.

My steak was tasty and cooked just right although my son's steak was overcooked a couple of levels. Our waitress was very receptive to him returning it but he decided not to since it was tasty anyway. One caution is that drinks are very expensive. In general, it is a bit pricey for a chain. so coupons are welcome. All in all, a fun night. I will come back when we have coupons.
