Dunkin'

My Fellow Americans, Still the Dunkin Donuts on Hialeah Drive still does not understand the concept of keeping everything clean and the Manager really needs her employees to focus not just on making sales but KEEPING THE PLACE CLEAN. SEE THE PICTURES BELOW. OH AND BY THE WAY. BOTH BATHROOMS NEED TO BE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC NOT ONE FOR MEN AND WOMEN.

Even though the place is claims it is open 24/7. I have never been able to get my order after midnight. Yesterday, I ordered donuts through the doordash app for pick up. I went to the location when I received a notification that my order was ready. The night shift worker (Robert) of Dunkin Donuts shut down the store at 12.30 am and refused to accept any orders and give to me my order. He also said he didn't receive my order. I got very confused, was this place really open 24/7 or not? Who decided the opening and the closing times? I attached the picture from yesterday. the sign says it's open 24-7 whereas the store was closed at midnight.

No bilingual speaking employees, they demand you to speak spanish, instead of asking politely ... just a reminder we're in the USA....Only two employees + manager serving this area, bathrooms look like they were never cleaned ...employees have to be trained correctly to serve the public with respect beginning with the manager and the donuts tasted like they were from the day before...sorry but not what it used to be , before pandemic...won't waste my time nor money at this location not worth it...
