Denny's

This place is absolutely horrible. The GM Alejandrina is very rude not only to her customers but to her staff which I witnessed first hand. I witnessed her walking over to a table and grabbing creamers off their plate simply because they were "not using them." Very unprofessional. I was there with my family treating them to a nice meal and my waitress Karem very kind, very attentive, and always making sure we were taken care of. She made sure our food was made to perfection and made sure we enjoyed our time. My main complaints are of management. Alejandrina the GM is unqualified to be running this establishment. I will not be returning.

My order was placed online. However, when i get to the restaurant to pick up my order, it was nowhere to be found. Even the manager admitted to not having my order. I was mad.... waiting for over an hour for my order. The manager mever cared to help me. She continued on preparing orders in the kitchen. It wasn't until one specific waitress hit back from break that my issue was resolved. She apologized, something the manager never did. If it wasn't that my online order was paid for, I would've left and gone somewhere else.

This place i do not recommend to anyone. the people that work here are rude. We waited 45 min and still no one came to take our order. I spoke to the manager and her response was "we don't have enough workers" rolled her eyes and walked away. but they were taking people's order that came 30 min after me. I have never been to a such unorganized Denny's. Change of Management is needed Asap.

I placed an order in this place and it arrived later than what they told me and so the whole order was not done I had to wait another hour waiting for the customer assistance very bad I asked one of the workers for my order and I I leave talking alone I do not pay attention. I do not recommend this place
