In my opinion of all the mac donalds in the Hialeah area it is the one with the best service. They never say they have a broken ice frappe machine like the others. In fact, I'm going straight to this one instead of the others. I recommend it and give it 5 stars.

the service is really bad i went today with my son and i was waiting for almost 20 minutes and nobody said anything about i had to order in the machine they were talking and looking to the people in the line and nothing ,so i decided lo leave without order is horrible

Well I went to place my order thru drive thru...and I ask for a simple order that was 2 medium coffee and 40piece of nuggets....And they gave me one small and one meduim coffee and the nigth mangers are very rude and awful attitude..first of all this McDonald's always but always gives out the wrong order I have been giong to this McDonald's for years and years and they always do the same thing it's incredibly awful with the service....

I placed an online order Sunday 2/20/2022 at 11:57pm , I got to the window at 12:03am ( 6 minutes later) I waited at the window for more than 10 minutes, and nobody came to tell us that they where closed , they were cleaning inside ignoring us !!! After I knock on the window few times they came to tell me that I have to cancel the order because they closed at 12am ,,, NOW I'M WONDERING!!!! SINCE WHEN THIS MCDONALD'S CLOSED AT 12AM ????????

I love to eat Breakfast at McDonald's. It's what I look forward to especially when I'm with my kids. It's very disappointing when I ask for something and it's missing from my order and I have to go in and ask for it. The worst part is, it's happened every single time I've come to this location. I never ever would post a complaint about a food eatery, but today was like the last straw. I'm Military. U.S. Army. 11 Bravo Infantry. I just can't take it anymore. Please resolve this. Thank you. Be Blessed.🙏
