Mcdonald's

Expected better from this McDonald's, I went on Monday March 28th at around 7:30 pm and the guy who took my order added a large coke when I had ordered a Diet Coke. Shocked when I told the girls at the window to change it and they said 'NO' they couldn't change it. Really? You mess up on my order and I have to take a product I didn't order? You need to properly train your employees and make them more customer service friendly. I was in a hurry and didn't want to argue, but this is very bad service.

Too many wrong things. They maintained bathrooms closed at all times, then you got to ask the remotely someone opens it, 5 staff member just chatting looking at me and no attention, had to order on my phone online cause no one take care of me, ordered to eat at the spot and sat, the gave me the order to go. Crazy. They are one of the worst places to go. And im talking just this specific place

Today December 25th at 6:15 pm I was there ordering a happy meal with a vanilla shake for my son and a medium caramel frappe for me. The smoothie machine was broken as usual, sometimes it is broken or they are cleaning it during the rush hours . They served me half of cup of the frappe instead of the full cup. I requested to speak to the manager and her answer was " The machine is broken and your options are take it or leave it". She was extremely unprofessional, worst manners, very bad language and attitude. In front of my face she told the employee " cancel his order give him the money back so he can get out of here" In top of that she told me to "go back home to eat your Christmas pig" The store number is 25649 located at 4185 W 16th Ave Hialeah, FL 33012 I hope upper management or corporate can read my review to prevent other customers from going through this. This person definitely does not meet the requirements to be a manager and even less to work with customers.

Rude employees and the manager does not care 1 bit. I ordered a sandwich and they gave it to me outside the box in the bag. The sandwich was literally all over the bag. Second encounter I was sitting in the second speaker and never got a reply. A minute later another vehicle arrives at the first speaker and I notice they did reply to him, so figured they weren't paying attention to the second speaker or it wasn't working and I drove to the window. At the window they ask me why I didn't order at the speaker and I explained that no1 answered. The employee said I was lying and refused to take my order at the window.

"24 Hours", yeah right. I was exited after downloading the app and discovering that I had I McDonald's close by. I work overnight so imagine my excitement when I could order a hamburger during my lunch hour. Well not such luck. Of the 7 order that I have place throughout the app, I have been able to pick up only 2 so far. When I go, the employees are sitting outside, I ask and they said that the system is close and getting rdy for the morning shift. I have notice that only happens with some of the overnight shift. BTW, How longs does it takes for the system to prepare? 5 hours before breakfast.

They charged me for an order when I went to the car service they told me that the frappe machine was broken then I told them to cancel the order and I left and when I realized that they had charged me I returned to claim that they had charged me for the order I got the manager with a tremendous attitude and he told me that I did not know that they had charged me that mine was a promotion, as if the promotion had no value and I ask him his name and he tells me that he does not feel like telling me that for 21 pennies make that mess she tells me, it is not the first time that this McDonald's treats the customer badly in the end I had to leave and she did not tell me her name
