Papa Johns Pizza

I ordered a half cheese. Half pepperoni pizza. This is what I received- bread w/the pizza sauce and chunks of cheese randomly placed. EXTREME DISAPPOINTMENT. The pizza was so thin and missed so many ingredients, it ended up being very greasy and the grease fell onto my sweater. I don’t understand why hire people who won’t do their job correctly.

As you can clearly see a super thin pizza. I ordered the Epic stuffed crust and received this thin pizza. The crust was stuffed, but an original pizza is NOT THIN like this. This is my kids favorite, so I am very familiar on how it’s supposed to be. On top of that, the delivery guy was lost. Dissatisfied

I’ve been ordering from here since 2015 and have always ordered my pizza with extra sauce. Today like no other I placed & an order and the manager “Rauf” ensured my order had Extra sauce because he made it himself. I’m complaining because am the customer and the “new manager” couldn’t understand my frustration. Not like I’m getting it for free anyways

Driver passed my house at 11:25 pm Dod not stop I'm calling store , no one answerers Driver just called me at 11:46 telling me he get had another order to handle . Same car that drove be be 20 minutes ago. Had me waiting outside, after I was trying to keep him from having to walk into apparent building. Allowing my food to get colder . Manager needs to track his workers And make sure workers answer the phone till the store in closed. It is very frustrating paying for something and be then being ignored when food has not arrived or has arrived. My food arrived at room temp $25 for cold pizza Please write a review if this store causes any problems or give any excuses.
