Taco Bell

We normally drive out of the way to go to this taco bell. We placed a pick up mobile order while sitting in the parking lot. There was an in store pick up option, which we chose because we were already parked, even though the drive through was empty. Once our order was marked as ready in the app, I went to the door. The door was locked and a sign said drive through only. By this time there were 7 cars in the drive through line. We got in line, but I also called the store and told them our order was ready and we chose in store pickup but the door was locked, the drive through line was long and our order had been ready for several minutes. I asked if I could come in and get the order. The lady said no, they were not allowed to open the doors. I suggested they update the app to not allow in store pickup, and she responded that they only had 4 people working and I had to go to the drive through. Our order was ready at 12:27 but I was not allowed to pick it up until 12:49 - 22 minutes later! The drive through worker took a few minutes to find our food, forgot the drinks and the food was cold and the bottom of the bag was wet. When we got where we could eat the food, some of the items were not correct. No one likes cold food and soggy tacos! We are very disappointed in today's service.
