Most fast food chains aren’t worth reviewing except for extremely negative experiences, but this was the opposite! Exceptional drive-thru service from before I even ordered to when I drove off. Staff were so friendly I had to check to make sure I didn’t accidentally pull up to a Chick-fil-A. Order was fulfilled accurately and quickly. Couldn’t ask for a better fast food experience. I would go out of my way to come back to this location.

I ordered through the drive through and one of my items was a baked potato. I was asked to pull forward and they would bring it out due to cars behind me. I sat for 15 more minutes with no food. I went to the door but of course it was locked, still COVID-19 protocol I guess. So I called the store and when someone finally answered I said do you see the white pickup truck sitting out front. Well I still don't have my food. 5 more minutes went by and finally they bring out the order. The worker apologized for it taking so long, they had forgotten the baked potato and started it late. Many drive through customers later and 20 minutes I finally had my entire order. Of course, all the food except for the piping hot baked potato was cold and the ice in the soft drinks was melting. Wife said the diet coke was watered down and our burgers were cold and even my chilli was Luke warm. Pushed forward and forgotten then given cold food 20 minutes late. I can't imagine how long I would have waited if I hadn't called the store from outside. Maybe I wouldn't have even received the food at all. I'm very disappointed with the customer service and the food (other than the baked potato) wasn't fit to eat.

I'm gonna give 5 today for this young man at the drive thru window. I was hot and sweaty after a long ride in this beautiful Sunday afternoon and totally forgot my wallet! I didn't realize it until I got to the window. I asked if I can pay by phone app but this Wendy's isn't setup for that yet. I said I'm sorry and began to pull away but this young man said "go ahead and take this drink. I got you bud" This man... this man is what the world needs more of! They were gonna pour it out anyway and seeing my disappointment he straight hooked me up with at least the drink. Thank you sir! Gentlemen and a scholar you are.

Tried using Ubereats at this location now 4 times spanning over the space of several months. They have NEVER prepped the food for the drivers. Uber will continue sending drivers (up to 3) then cancel the order. I've petitioned Uber to remove this location from their service permanently. 0/5 stars if I could.

Ordered thru Flytrex drone, that part was great, 4 out of 5 items I ordered were wrong. Simple things, as no ketchup on the cheeseburger, honey mustard for nuggets, no mayo and lettuce bun for the chicken sandwich were all ignored. Bad part about ordering delivery is you can't send it back to have someone get it done the way you asked for it. Terrible.
