Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

The ongoing pandemic has definitely taken a toll on a lot of businesses and public places since a consumer's mindset to buy anything outside of essentials or to visit a public place like a park or beach, has crippled down significantly. Now by living with what has become the new normal, it is commendable on how these businesses and public places continue to remain open and cater to the general public by following the safety standards. It is now all the more important that we as customers, support these heroes during these dark hours to mankind. We sled into this restaurant for a quick lunch as we had our flight in the next 4 hours. We informed the waitress (feel bad for not being able to recall her name) and she assured that we won’t be late and made sure we got all our orders one by one in a timely manner. The garlic breadsticks were so excellently made. The smell and softness the breads came with, we requested a second round of it. We also ordered Fettuccine Alfredo and a house salad. We had a good meal and a great service. We were only tourists and given a chance we would definitely want to come back here. They follow the COVID safety protocols to the T and even the washrooms were kept super clean. Thank you Olive Garden, for the great meal, time and service!

The eggplant parmigiana is my all-time favorite since I am vegetarian. Besides that, the salad is always a go-to and their peach tea is delectable! There is more variety for kids food than most restaurants. Therefore, that is greatly appreciated. This particular Olive gardens is always clean and the service is always exceptional.

I have worked at OG for 8 yrs, One thing you learn is hospitality. Check your table after 2 bites and Manager always passes by your table to make sure that it's hospitality is at its point. The food was not satisfactory. The server was good but not once did a manager pass by to see if we were satisfy with everything even though we had a full course from appetizers, drinks, main course and dessert. What a disappointment.
