Wendy's

Waited in line 22 minutes until we could place our order...with only 1 person in front of us...with just her order!!!!! There is only one speed here....SLOW!! They had plenty of employees, but there was no rushing them. Manager standing around doing nothing. It's sad....Still waiting for our order...got it 37 minutes after the time we arrived. Then we get our food...and my salad has fried chicken patty (which I can't eat) in it instead of grilled chicken. Take it back up...manager tells me there's "no grilled chicken in this whole restaurant...he (order taker) should have told you that." Got a refund...but 45 minutes later, I'm still starving. I know this review will do nothing, but stay away from this Wendy's if you're interested in FAST food!!

Made a stop here off the road. Legit was in drive through for 25 plus mins. Got to window for another 10 mins before they open window to tell me their system was down. So i i pull to side and walk inside 6 employees legit hangout while there a line front if them. Also i am all for people wear you hair as an expression. However to see 2 male workers scratch their scalp and then go get fries. Put a hat, net or gloves on ! Please check my reviews i an a person usually give 5 stars because people ate nice and work hard. This place was just NO ridiculous.

This has been the worse experience I have ever had at a fast food place. They now have the worse and under trained staff at this Wendy's that I have been going for more than 17 years. After spending more than 35 minutes in line to place my order, I get to the window they handed me the food and I give them my card to pay, they come back asking me if I have another card because it is not going through, I give them another card and the same situation. This very rude employee tells me that I will need to wait about 30 minutes because they are having issues with their system, I asked him to give me my card back because I was not going to wait 30 minutes more after been in line already for 35 min, he then responded that I was not going to go with the food without paying. I have never taken a dime in my life and this guy did not want to give me back my card implying that I was going to steal the food. I asked to talk to the manager and I understand now why the employee treat me that way, the manager name is Dianelys and she was even worse on the response I got from her. At the end I waisted almost an hour and no food for my family, no customer service at all, people don't care about service anymore. It is sad that I have been a customer for so many years and this is how customer get treated. What is happening?? Not going there ever again and I will make sure to let everyone that I know about this experience. I guess that Burger King or McDonald's will be taking my orders now.

Placed a mobile order hoping not to have to wait. There’s an area for mobile pickup on the parking lot, but I still had to walk into the restaurant. Once inside, I asked for my other and they said it wasn’t ready. Waited for ten minutes and asked again for it, and it was sitting on a waiting area. Never seen such a clueless staff.
