WARNING: Do not order delivery from this Papa Johns. Our order was delivered BURNT and STALE. Pizza tasted like it was cooked 3 hours before it was delivered. $40 worth of stale pizza, burnt / dry cheese sticks, and wings that were undercooked and cold.
I contacted management and corporate and they did not care. This happened more than once. Done giving them a chance on delivery. Also every time we get pick up, they give us cheese sticks with the sauce container smashed into the cheese sticks. Very gross!
People work HARD for their money!
Give us food that is worth it!

I don't eat much pizza but when I do, I enjoy it over cooked and crispy, I order saying this but I never actually get it this way, I normally have to come home any turn my over on to finish cooking it to my liking. However, today they finally did cook my pizza to what I concider perfection.

Ordered a pizza at 9:30 PM. The app says pizza will be here in about 36-46 mins. I received no update from the restaurant about my order. I called at 11PM and they said the pizza has been sitting there and that they’re going to DoorDash the pizza to me because they are low on drivers. Why’d it take an hour and a half to think to do that. I just ended asking for a refund.

I haven't been to any pizza place in South Florida that has a clue as to how to make good pizza. Of course I may be spoiled because I grew up near Chicago where they really know how to make pizza.

Papa John's needs to pay their workers a living wage and hire more people for the highway robbery prices they charge.
Been waiting almost 2 hours for pizza and can't get hold of anyone at the location.

I ordered extra sauce and extra baked. I don't feel that I got either. I also had to use my own pizza cutter to separate the slices. The ingredients tasted ok. I just don't feel like I got what I ordered.
