Please turn on some air conditioning! Theatre was so hot. That and a pizza, movie for two, two beers, and some candy and popcorn cost me over $70...too pricey. Cute place overall with a nice gal working out back. Overall it could have been better....especially if I wasn’t sweating the first half of the movie.

The theater is very nice. Very up to date with nice roomy and comfortable chairs or sofas. The food is also very good. nice drink selection for 21 and older. I have two problem with this location. When I go to this theater I go with a group of friends. It makes sense to order a large pizza and share. When the Unprofessional staff (ill get to that in a moment) bring in our pizza there is no where to set it. And for the money you spend there and the effort to make the theater comfortable I'm not going to have a 18in pizza in my lap. They should get a small stand. there would be room. The biggest problem with this place the reason I don't go there as often and after this last time I might not go again at all. THE STAFF. The staff are horrible. They are all a bunch of young unambitious, lazy and full of attitude. They always take your order wrong roll their eyes and mumble under their breath when you as for something. They NEVER smile. No costumer service at all. every time we have went we have problems with our pizza. From completely wrong toppings to never getting it delivered to us in the theater. That time we had to leave the movie that we paid $13 a person to get COLD pizza that they just sat on the counter. Their excuse was "Well we didn't know where it went, so we figured you would come looking for it" Really!! My group of friends are all professional adults. We know what we pay for. When we spend $100+ for a casual night out yeah we do expect good service. I'm very disappointed in how this place is ran. You get better service at McDonalds. If it had better costumer service we would go a lot more often. I hope the owner see this and takes in to consideration that we are paying costumers and get treated like crap. They should train their staff better.

We are local patrons and I love the play space for my kiddos and the in-house pizza is pretty good. We come to Andrew's often and consider it a sweet local hangout. However, I'm really disappointed with the customer service I had last night at the theater. I was grossly offended by a movie and with in the first 15 minutes we walked out. I requested a refund and they flat out told me no. The kid working the register offered me to speak with his GM. The guy picked up the phone and after a 30sec conversation the kid responds saying my GM will say the same thing, "we don't do refunds". The manager didn't even bother to speak with me. I am so upset with the customer service and the way I was treated. They made me feel like I didn't mater and that my $10 for the ticket was so much more important than me and my continued business. Unfortunately, it will be a long long time before I head to Andrew's or Skylight Theater. If it were my business, I would do a far greater job at treating my regular, local customers, like neighbors and friends, instead of just passing strangers who's feelings don't matter. Super bummed.
