I'm being honest bc I was served a blackened burnt pizza. Was told that's there style, it's definitely not mine. The atmosphere was great even came across an old friend. My wife enjoyed herself alot which was my goal. ✌✌

Great funky dive-like bar with good selection of spirits. The bartender was very knowledgeable about cocktails, and introduced us to a new gin. It was a slow Sunday night, which was okay because we had more time to talk with the mixologist. They were already decked out in Halloween -- fine with us.

We were walking around looking for a place to watch the football game, we peeked our head in and asked the bartender if they had the game and he said yes. So we got to watch the game but we were also extremely pleasantly surprised by the beer selection. We had the two-hearted ale IPA which is considered one of the best. We were then very surprised at how good the food was especially the deep dish pizza. The service, the music, the beer, was fantastic.

Honestly what's not to love about Maxine's? I know it sounds crazy but this bar is one of the reasons we bought a place in Hot Springs. Great vibe from patrons, decent food, wait staff is fabulous and it reminds us of The Elbow Room (old east Dallas), RIP. So much going on here.

We are from out of town and visited for the pizza and it did not disappoint!! I was worried they wouldn't allow our dog to come in and sit with us but they allowed and loved him also!! Great service, great food, great atmosphere, will definitely be back!!

Love the atmosphere and different spaces you could go to. Bar, karaoke in the next room, smoking room with opening to the outside and upstairs there were darts. Very interesting place!!

This bar offers excellent drinks, delectable food, multi level seating (including an outdoor patio) a nice, long bar and a very accommodating restroom for EVERYONE, including a piano that I personally entertained myself with for a moment. The vibe was above my expectations by far. Oh, and the jams were perfect for my trip. One of my favorite first time experiences!!
