Normally I'm satisfied ordering from here, but let's talk about this catastrophe I got tonight. Ordered a PAN pizza and got their cardboard box with toppings. Its got flavor ill give them that, hence where the 2 stars come from. But really? I'm disappointed in you.

Fix the computers at the Central Ave location in Hot Springs, AR so that the mobile app will actually work!!! The app has been hot or miss(90+% miss) at this location for several years now. Tried once on this order and it crashed, changed restaurants and placed the order without a hitch. The app crashes when you go to the menu at the Central Ave store.

Place has suffered pretty badly, one of my pizzas were sitting out before I arrived, the other I sat around waiting for 25 minutes once they realized I ordered 2. Staff was indifferent. Didn't care. Almost no toppings on and the mushrooms tasted off. Terrible quality. This will be the last time I visit this location. The place needs some attention, maybe they'll figure it out. The inside needs heavy cleaning, stunk.

They were obviously shorthanded, and moving really fast to get orders made and out. Even so everyone was super friendly and it seemed like they all worked well together. My order was perfect & tasted great! This seems to be an awesome team 😊

The marinara pasta was good, and I enjoyed the beef and mushroom with extra cheese; it was great. Their cause has a much better flavor than some of the other pizza places. I really wish they could deliver to my house.

The pizza was good but little soggy. We had requested pizza to be well done. Even though we were told that our pizza was well done the base was still very soft.

Spent $40 on two pizzas it was supposed to have had everything on it there was not one slice of pepperoni much less any kind of meat. the pizza was so dry it was even borderline tough they've lost my business for good I even had to buy a small container of the cheese sprinkles because they no longer give complimentary cheese or the pepper bye-bye Pizza Hut
