Mcdonald's

Must have been a trainee working the drive thru because it took forever getting up to the speaker and then getting my order made. Lunch time is probably not the best time for training IMO. The food, however, was fantastic! Definitely giving you some stars for the freshness and quality of my order! I'll try this place again in a couple of weeks.

Terrible terrible customer service. Had our order taken got up to the pay window they lady at the window was very rude and ran my card. We didn’t have enough to cover the amount so we told her we would come back and she screamed and screamed at me through the window. Pulled up to the next window where another worker asked what food we would like taken off. They proceeded to argue with us and make it a whole issue about taking food off to lower our bill. I’ve worked fast food I know how to do it and I also know screaming at customers is not the way to do it. I will be filing a corporate complaint because no one else should feel belitted or treated this way. Digesting behavior

This is one of the worst McDonald's I've been too for multiple reasons. Everytime I've gone through the drivethru, all the employees, including managers, are very rude, along with the ones inside too. In the drivethru, they slam windows shut in your face, toss your drinks and food at you, and are never friendly in any form or fashion. The drinks always taste disgusting, the food never tastes right, and it is never clean inside either. I've seen them "clean" and all they do is spray the table. They never wipe it off, or the seats, and they never clean the floor either. There are also always billions of flies inside too. I've called cooperate on this place multiple times, and so has my family, and a few of my friends too. My dad also has a few severe medical issues, and when he brings his service dog in there, they are always pointing at him, and running their mouths real rudely about him too. Which is another thing that they constantly do. They are always standing around gossiping about customers sitting inside, with cuss words coming out of their mouths too. They give everyone rude, "I hate you" and "I wanna kill you" kind of looks, and stare at you. I would never recommend this location to anyone. It's nasty inside, the food and drinks are awful, and the workers are horrible.
