This place never gets your order right I told the girl on the phone that I wanted sweet bbq and lemon pepper mix than I ask her again what's my order and she told me I said ok when I get there they have them peparated one side sweet bbq and the other side lemon pepper I told them I ask for mix the girl going to tell me well I can't take it back so you going to have to mix it yourself here go the sauce than when I get home they shorted me a wing this place is a shame and a hot mess they don't pay an attention to you or your order I'm calling corporate

40 Boneless Wings 4 tiny cups of sauce 1 lb carrots 1 lb celery 2 huge cups of Blue cheese dressing That's just evil. We didn't order extra carrots/ celery/blue cheese. Why give only four 1 oz cups of the real sauce for 40 wings? C'mon man! Still 4 stars because the food is always good. If you order online or via the app, just make sure you get enough sauce.

I've held my tongue on this review for years since I do enjoy the food. However, I definitely wont be back to this specific franchise. The waitresses are always nice and hardworking, at least 1 of them, but the kitchen is where the problem lays. Waiting 10 minutes to be seated on an empty restaurant...just to wait an hour for the food where there were only 4 tables. We were told there was only 1 guy and he was new; and that is a shame on management letting only 1 person work. If you want wings there are better places around hot springs, such as wingstop, and if you want your food to be ready chose any other restaurant in the whole town. And if you are hungry, or in a hurry, never go to this place.
