Mcdonald's

I ordered my burgers without pickles. I pull up to pay and asked to have my order repeated..."Way Wrong" before it's even paid for. I bring it to their attention, the correction is made. I pay for my order. I get up the street and GUESS WHAT???? A "PICKLE"... Let it be known, it's not that loose there usually. The ice cream cones are AWESOME!!! (Depending on who's making them) This rating would be a 1 star were it not for the ice cream cones... How can $15/hr be justified when the smallest task is beyond one's reach? One thing is certain...I didn't arrive there with that pickle...smh

This is completely out of my character and I have NEVER done this but tonight’s experience as far as customer service goes was completely unacceptable… So this being the 2nd time I dealt w the fella who takes ur money doesn’t feel the need to say a word to u when u say “thanks” or “have a good/night “ but me and my wife literally waited 10 minutes on 2 Big Macs and 2 smoothies and the girl who was making the smoothie and passing the food out didn’t feel the need to say ONE SINGLE WORD for the wait… Not an explanation of why or what was going on… Then my wife and just trying to see if she would say something said “thank you” although she didn’t deserve it still didn’t feel the need to even say good bye… so once again I have never done this but the something MUST be done about customer service at this establishment… this particular McDonald’s has most definitely lost 2 customers and I will make sure none of my friends nor family will go there either…

They swung and they missed. You can see what I ordered. What I got was waaaay off. No onions, extra pickles ordered but got onions and no pickles. Or ketchup, which wasn't even mentioned. The McChicken had so much mayo on it that it was running out the wrapper AND the French fries are obviously not large. And of course I didn't notice it til I got back to the hotel room. Tried to call them but noone answered. The saddest part of all was that my pies were supposed to be the creme pies but the ones I got to the hotel with were both apple and the apple pies are absolutely the worst now that they have the new crust.
