Last year this taco bell was awesome. Tonight was lousy service. Savanah did not resolve this issue. Tacos were barely filled. If you going to give us half the food then we shouldn't be charged it. Very unprofessional and downright rude.

Would not eat here if it was the last place on earth! It was disgusting 🤢 2 people gave their food back while we were there. Our famous bowls were not eatable. If I could give it 0 stars I would.. RUN AWAY

These are the most saddest tacos I have ever seen. All 3 were like this. You basically get a chicken nugget in the new chicken tacos.

Worst Taco Bell EVER!!!! In the middle of our order we were Welcomed to Taco Bell Again and 3 times we had to say what we wanted and see still couldn't get it right. She huffed and sighed when we even tried to place an order like it was an inconvenience to her. Not sure what was going on but I sure hope it gets fixed.

Went through the drive thru (east grand, Hot Springs, AR) at 945 pm, was told kfc closes at 930. OK, no problem. Place my order and the guy tells me they can't break a $100 bill after 8pm,again no problem. I go break it, come back and now I have to have exact change. Get to the window and ask the blonde lady, who has stated she's the manager, what time kfc closes and she states 10pm. I asked if that meant the other guy was lying, and her reply was that they ran out of chicken because they sent their cook home at 6pm. Then she shuts the window and hides so she doesn't have to talk to me anymore. How is there only one cook for a restaurant and you send them home 4 hours before the restaurant closes? Is he cooking 4 hours of chicken before he leaves? This I ridiculous and completely unprofessional by this "manager." Glad I don't have to wasre money at this location anymore.

Wanted to get a Mexican pizza but they were out. How do you run out of a “not new” item that you know is going to be in high demand? Do better Toxic Smell! (that’s what I call Taco Bell)

My order was messed up called to speak to manager and wouldn't let me speak with one. Then was cussed and hung up on. Tacos were smashed and had no meat in them only grease and cheese avoid at all cost
