The fatty brisket here is dependably good. Plus no wait usually and nice sides like Mac n cheese and beans - it’s my go to for brisket!

I was in Houston this past weekend and I went there with some friends. All I can say about this place is the customer service is outstanding, the food is tasty and the prices are decent too. I'd recommend this place to anyone that is craving barbecue in Houston.

Awesome! Great BBQ… recommend the brisket and the chicken! Baked beans were good but the pecan pie was outstanding.

Manager Tracie McIntosh was the best! My daughter & I went to order our Thanksgiving Meal but we weren’t sure how much to order so Manager Tracie sat down with us and even gave us samples of meats( brisket, sausage & turkey ) which tasted amazing. He was so patient & answered all our questions. We were definitely pleased we chose Goode Barbecue for our Thanksgiving Dinner this year. We can’t wait for the day. Thank you Tracie!!!

I took some turkey legs there to be smoked for a trip with friends. Wrapped them in foil and heated them in the oven. So moist and such a party in our mouths. They will smoke any meat for you. Minimum 10 lbs. I'm thinking thick bone-in pork chops next.
All of their meats are mouth watering delish!
Most of their items are Gluten free, too. Just ask. They are so helpful. Good job, Goode Company!

Chris and Casey were the two I interacted most so far. Both were very professional and nice. The meat are cooked to perfection. This has become my go to spot for lunch every day. The brisket is so tender that it convinced me Texasans life are uniquely good. Why this restaurant concept isn't everywhere!

The food, the staff and the atmosphere is amazing!
We feasted on brisket, ribs, and sausage along with coleslaw and Mac and cheese. Each piece of meat was cut as it was being served.
The most unexpected delight was the pecan pie which had a lovely flavour and not overly sweet.
So sad that we only got to eat here once during our trip but we will be back!!

Since my last visit during the pandemic, the restaurant seems to have returned to its formal glory! The brisket is delicious, in a way only Goode company can do it. They’ve returned my favorite side Austin Baked Beans. I’ve had several meals and they’ve all been delicious. The staff has been extremely helpful.
