Had SUCH a great brunch here! Our waitress was the sweetest thing!!! I had the mushroom burger with fried pickles and my boyfriend got the pancakes and sausage and they were so delicious ☺️

I usually go to the Avalon Diner on I-10 at Cambell Rd/Memorial area. Always a treat for a great breakfast and friendly staff!

Exactly what you want out of a diner. A delicious breakfast all day, fast service, and a mix of people with different backgrounds. Definitely adding this to my regular lunch rotation.

When you walk in, you know at once you stepped back in time. The people greet you with love and care, almost like walking into Mamma's kitchen without the hand slap when u reach for something, lol. The food is fast, and the only thing missing for me was seasoning. I will go back, and you will as well once you try it.

Oh my gosh...this was our first trip to Avalon Diner. It did not disappoint at all. This diner had that homey feel to it just as soon as we walked in the door. Our waitress, Misty, was awesome. She answered all of our questions and checked on us periodically throughout our meal and even stopped and chatted with us for a couple of minutes. The food was hands down the best breakfast we've ever had. It definitely puts Dennys, IHOP and Waffle House to shame. My boyfriend ordered the breakfast quesadilla and he said that was one of the best quesadillas he's ever eaten. I ordered the big breakfast and I couldn't finish it because it was that big. You definitely need to come with a big appetite. They serve breakfast and lunch all day. We can't wait to go back and try other items on the menu.

Always a great breakfast reasonable. Service is very initiative you don't leave hungry Chicken Fried Steak omelet is my go-to for breakfast with a biscuit and hashbowns.

Food was really good for everybody, but my bacon that I asked for well done was partially burned. Service was great.

If you wanted a diner you got it. Good ol fashion diner food. Only had the breakfast this time and it was awesome. Gonna go back for the lunch and for Susan, she's a gem!
