Waffle House

I visited the store on11/26th and the Greeter was friendly. My Server {Shakira) was amazing. She was quick and friendly. The food was hot and good including the To Go Order. The Manager (Wada) was giving pders to her Staff in very professional but stern manner. The restaurant was clean and neat and in order. The Staff kept the tables clean and you can hear them greetin1g 1the Cutonmers as they came in and as they left. I personally give the Manager and Staff at this ¹Location 10 STARS. I don't what people's problem is with the Waffle House but just about everything on the menu be "BANGIN". Even though I placed a carryout order over the phone my order was done and ready by the time I got there. Parking lot was clean and so was the restaurant when I entered. Even though I wasn't greeted when I entered the establishment I was greeted at the register of course. Other then than that I give it and 8 out of 10.

Placed an online order for pick up, and upon getting there, we don’t even make it to the doors yet, and they are telling us from a distance that they aren’t open yet. They try to tell us to come back later, but we told everyone we placed a paid order so they let us pick it up. Sensed a little bit of attitude from some of the staff but that’s what I freaking love about Waffle House. You get the food and the booty experience. It’s beautiful 🫶🏼 I’m not even even being sarcastic! Coming back for more 💀

I loved everything about this location! First off, I had just gotten off work; worked a 12hr shift, had been up since 4:30am and I was exhausted by the time I placed my order online and picked it up! The only thing that I was a little disappointed with Waffle House was the fact that they don’t accept Apple Pay! Waffle House, I know you are a family chain; and you might not want to spend the money to get your locations up to date with the new Apple Pay; but I promise you; if you sit down and do your Math; this would be a HUGE benefit to your business as a whole! The customers and money that you’ve lost already has paid for the installation of the new system and every bit of money afterwards is ALL profit for your corporation and your employees(then they can receive a raise for all of their hard work) and I am very certain they would appreciate the raise! Your employees at this location were excellent and you couldn’t ask for greater customer service when ordering your dinner! My food was prepared exactly how I would have prepared it myself at home! Your night manager was a Peach and I will be visiting this location again and again and again! When I was pregnant with my now 27 year old; the meal I ordered…Steak, eggs, grits and raisin toast…everyday I could only have this for breakfast or I would be so sick! So, this is what I ate at the Waffle House in Baton Rouge, Louisiana! God Bless The World!

We went during the day and there were only 2 other tables and the staff was AMAZING. Everyone on the night shift was so kind and the food was rather exceptional. The morning crew is lazy as all get out. They were sitting down before it was time to leave and on top of that left the place a mess. For older women they are lazy and nasty. Shout out to that incoming night crew that gave great service while cleaning up and coming in to a nasty restaurant.

I love waffle house no matter what, I always have the texas bacon cheesesteak every time I am near a waffle house ! This visit was one of my best visits. We were seated within 10 minutes, our server was on point, asked for our drinks, and if we had happened to know what we wanted, which we did ! Placed our order, and it was out in no time ! And it was delicious as always ! All them workers were on it ! So was our server. She was very attentive. The place was a bit messy, but they're always busy and at least cleaned up tables and immediately sat the next ! This location was a good one !
