Jack In The Box

This place is (A+) in customers service i had a problem in my mobile order and all of them try to solve it from the drive tru lady to the main manager. I don't like to recommend fast food places but this jack at san felipe and 610 freeway is the best in houston great customer service and friendly staff. I allways use the drive tru but today i went inside it was super clean. The food was good as allwas.

Downtown Houston on a business trip, I stopped in for a late-night snack. The place was totally empty of customers and immaculate but a line around the block for the drive up. So, the atmosphere was perfect. No kids screaming and zero mess anywhere. My favorite is the toasted sourdough cheese burger with lettuce, tomatoes & crisp bacon. One of the employees actually stopped texting, put his phone down and made our food from scratch. So the food was good and atmosphere perfect. Hahaha

I have never left a review for fast food, but WOW. The lady who took the order was such an angel, hands down probably the best fast food meal I've ever ate. All the ingredients were fresh, fries hot and salted perfectly, even the soda was bomb. I wish this location was close to me, truly impressed!!!

This is the best Jack-in-the-Box I’ve ever eaten at in my life. Idk what they’re doing different here but the food is AMAZING and so is the service!! They should really recognize Johnny, he has the best attitude and customer service skills for anybody I’ve ever encountered at a fast food drive-through

We walked down the street from the hotel right around the corner and the lobby was closed and we couldn't do the drive through as we were walking. I'm not sure what had happened but I am assuming their was a breakdown of some sort and we all know those kind of things do happen. I have always liked jack in the box and always got a great meal but tonight was not to be so maybe next time. I took a few photos so you will be able to find it a little bit easier. So best of luck to all and I'll try jack in the box again another day, but I really wanted one of those amazing ice cream shakes they have but I try tomorrow.
