Small hole in the wall Mexican but food and service was off the charts! Everything was outstanding but a must is guacamole and margaritas!! WOW!!

Salsa had a little kick to it, which I love! Btw had beef fajitas 8.3 (appreciated that it wasn't super oily/greasy) & a mini queso 8.5. Loved both their red and green salsas 8.9

In recent weeks, I've been at this restaurant several times and have always been pleased by the food, atmosphere, and service. The business owner is pleasant and comes by our table with a smile.
10/13/22 -- I was disappointed in the meal this time. The bean soup was very salty. The entree was also saltier than before. I hadn't experienced this before and therefore was unaware to ask for less salt.
4/5/23: This is one of my favorite places to eat in Katy and I stop by often. The food is great and the owner always has a smile.

Mexican food was hot and spicy! I enjoyed the mixed veggies with the platter. Beans and rice seemed fresh. Drinks were good. Happy hour prices are good

Poblano pepper is super stuffed with beef. Crispy taco is also stuffed with beef. The rice and beans that come on the side are like double portions. They serve you complementary ships and salsa. I didn't like the rice, I guess I am peaky and to acostomed to my home cooking from scratch. But other people out there might like it. That is the only reason they don't get a five star from me.

We always enjoy the food. It's never packed reasonably priced and you get nice sized servings. Been a fixture in Katy since 1996.
