Pollos Asados La Silla

Weekday lunch with coworkers found us here on a Wednesday afternoon. The interior is nothing fancy, but who needs fancy when the food is good. Small seating area, so no large groups for this place. The wait staff was very attentive, friendly and prompt. The Pollo was really good and worth returning for. Home style tortillas with a tiny bit of toasty crunch made the perfect wrap for the well grilled pollo. The charro beans were really tasty along with the usual chips and salsas. My co-diners all loved their plates. Good prices for heart plates.

I have been craving real authentic Pollo Asado. The whole chicken was juicy! No fat or grease on the bird. The best part is opening the packed bird unwrapping and smelling the amazing Pollo Asado! Side of Mexican rice and refried beans. The green salsa is awesome! Don't get fooled thinking you are getting some runny guacamole. No my friend it the best green salsa you will ever experience. If you like pollo loco you will love this bird.

We have been going to this chicken place for a long while. It is always clean the service is great and the quality of ingredients is top-notch. This is very truly authentic Mexican roasted chicken. I am Mexican so you can trust me. ;) The other items I would recommend as well is the papa asada. But all of the other items look great too.
