Old Hickory Barbeque Inn

I have no problem with this place whatsoever I enjoy the sliced brisket which is pretty much all I order, and I order it with high fat so it's juicy. They give you free pickles onions jalapeno peppers sauces. The staff is great very friendly very knowledgeable with questions. They have a lot of great sides. I think the sauce is a little bit sweet for me but I know some people like that so I'm not saying it's not good it's just not my favorite I'm more savory leaning.

First time visiting this restaurant. I was a little surprised at the portions. The pricing I thought was a bit pricey, but the portion size made up for that. The barbecue was very good and great sized portions. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with ordering. We definitely will be returning to this establishment. Great food and great portions for the price.

I went here today for my first time. I went thru the driver thru and not inside. Very friendly and personable. Very helpful and kind. Offered and explained the difference in sauces. Ribs are tender and amazing. Brisket is fall apart, melt in your mouth delicious. BBQ baked beans taste homemade and are delicious. The potato salad is cold and I love it. The jalapeno BBQ sauce is really really good. The employee was definitely right that it's not too spicy and it's a little sweet. I also enjoy the regular BBQ sauce. I also received bread, onions, pickles and jalapenos. I wanted to try everything and give a review and now it's time for me to dig in! Come on over here and stop in for some great Texas BBQ.

The chopped beef was fantastic. The meat was tender and juicy, and the sauce was tangy without being overly sweetened. Service was fast, and the employee was friendly and polite. My only nitpick is that the outside of the potato could have been salted more. Otherwise, this is a great place for reasonably priced barbecues.
