Had Makayla as my server super sweet and nice!! She knew the menu and remembered our whole order appetizers and everything!!! Our margarita grilled chicken was cold and hard but miss Makayla got it fixed for us ! Thank youu Merry Christmas!!!!

I was here last Monday evening. My waitress was Jesse and I just want to say she was amazing. Super sweet and attentive. I would drive to this location again just for her ❤️

A few of us came to this location the evening (7 p.m. ish) of March 4, 2023. The best location I’ve been to in awhile. EVERY staff member we encountered was super friendly and personable. Our waitress was super attentive and timely. Food came out fresh and fast. Thank you for a wonderful experience ladies. From the hostess, to our super amazing waitress (wish I knew her name ; she’s 19), to the manager, to Alecia who treated us like family. Thank you guys.

Food was great came out in a timely manner. Took a while to actually get attended to and get our drinks and order taken. Waitress was nice just maybe was taking care of way to many tables so wasn't as attentive. Overall good place to get some steak or ribs are also good. Love the Texas cheese fries.

🌶Chilli's food is great at Falls Creek, Humble, Sawyer Heights...these are the 3 I normally go to and food and service are always on point...

My family and I came to Chili's Grill &Bar for dinner today. The place was nice and clean, wait time to be sited was 15 minutes, social distancing, face mask and cleaning was being implemented. Waitress was nice and polite and the food was great.

Walked in for a party of 4 at 9:30 pm and they gave us excellent service, fresh food, beverages and dessert. Everything was real great and fast, we stayed until closure at 10:30 and at any moment we felt that they were trying to rush our departure. The food was extremely good. I would be back.
