Let me start by saying that you can probably make quite a few combinations of noodles with thier customizable menu. Everything is ordered through the Roovy app so be sure to download that prior to going or you can also do it at the restaurant. They have ramen, just 2 variations and again very customizable. I got the spicy miso ramen it was a little more on the sour side because my tolerance for spicy food is rather high but regardless was still very tasty. My partner got the customized udon noodles with beef and teriyaki sauce and it was also very tasty. The portions were pretty big so definitely worth the price. Overall I will definitely go again for the customizable Noodle options. I definitely recommend this restaurant.

Ngl some items on the menu are a hit or miss. The wings were phenomenal and cooked to perfection. The ramen, I’ve had better but It wasn’t the worst I’ve had. The kimchi rice was not my favorite dish :( really wanted to like it but it had an off taste) Atmosphere is clean. You do have to download an app to place your drink and food order and then the server will bring it to you. You also pay through the app.

Delicious! And a healthy portion also the service is really good. I ordered their house Ramen, came with 2 healthy cuts of pork, half egg, onions, mushrooms, sprouts. Very delicious. I think next time I’ll have to get the spicy miso, which they say is not very spicy at all just a kick. I like that they are open late and also carry a good selection of local craft beer and hot and cold sake as well as Japanese liquor. Also need to mention that the interior is decorated really cool definitely a place to check out in Houston

I came on a Friday afternoon which was fairly empty. Upon entering, I was greeted by the waitress and chef, and was seated right away. I decided to sit at the bar as I read that you get the best service there. I already knew what to order as I've been keeping up with the most common items being ordered based on yelp. Water was immediately served and I was asked if I would like any other beverage. I went ahead and stuck with water. I was also served house salad with what seem like miso ginger dressing. Very good and loved the flavors! The miso soup was full of flavors and I loved it! Was not your typical bland miso soup! I went ahead and ordered the following: Tuna cigaro, salmon cigaro, and the uni cigaro were all very good! I LOVED EVERY BIT OF IT! Definitely recommended!!! Scallop uni ikura is another favorite of mine, and it was full of umami!!! I really appreciated both the waitress and chef informing me how to eat both the cigaros and scallop uni ikura. They both mentioned it's already seasoned, and for the ikura, it is recommended to eat it in one bite. An extra small dish was provided in case I wanted to dip in soy sauce, however with it being well seasoned, it was not necessary. Their uni is by far one of the best I think I have ever tasted. It was super creamy and fresh! I should have asked where did they get theirs from. I also tried the uni carbonara, and I thought it was very good. Maybe a touch more of salt or something to boost up the flavor just a tad bit would have been perfect! I was a little hesitant on ordering this as I read mix reviews on this, but overall I thought the dish was great! The chef also let me try a taste of his smoke albacore which was delicious! I usually am not a fan of smoke meats, but this was very mild and had great flavors all around. Overall all I enjoyed everything and the great service! I definitely will have to be back as one of the waitress had suggested one of her favorite dishes, but I was too full to try! I'm excited to come back and recommend this place to all my friends and family! Reasonably priced for tapa style!
