If you loved the TV show Cheers then you will love this place. So I didn’t try the food but the atmosphere is amazing.
There are regulars here that will welcome you like your family and the Bartender was so nice.
The only downside to this place is the smoking. And to some it isn’t a downside but to others it will be. This is definitely a hidden gem in the neighborhood and I will come here again.

Small but nice rest stop on Addicks Sasuma, close to bayou. Serving ice cold beer, wine, wine coolers, and short menu. Burgers were good. Bartender was friendly and attentive . Establishment was clean.

The Bayou has to be one of the friendliest home town bars that I have ever been to. All of the customers are very welcoming and fun to talk to! The beer is ice cold, the food is great and the staff is absolutely amazing! Great service, great people and sunsets to die for from the back deck. I can’t recommend this establishment highly enough!

It was my first time entering the bar, while noting that some of my family had been there before. The staff and the regulars were friendly, the service was excellent, and the karaoke DJ was able to get everyone on the list to sing. All in all, a great place to be at. BYOB.

Great bar with an amazing croud! And an even more amazing staff. We definitely enjoyed karaoke night on Friday! Will definitely be returning to this place for it's great atmosphere and people!

First time in here today. I rolled into this place at noon for a couple beers. At 41, I think I might be the youngest person in here. No worries. The barkeep Heather was nice enough. They lose one star because the jukebox got turned way down after I started it playing. Not a bad spot, though. Next time I may bring a bottle with me since they don't have any liquor.

There's no hard liquor but the staff is very friendly, the foods great and the scenery is nice!

Average Ice House (bottles and can) but with a good view and good service. Beer selection is limited to run of the mill stuff but did have a couple of Karbachs.
BYOB on Liquor as long as you pay for a set-up.
Food ... Well it is bar food ... Can't say much.

Great little place, staff is friendly, patrons are relaxed, deck in the back is a over looking the bayou, prices are good. I'll keep coming back.
