The chicken was good. The dumplings were a little dry n they didn't have yum yum sauce. ... They had a good system going though n got people through very quickly.

First time here and love this place. We ordered teriyaki chicken and shrimp, and added extra sauce, it’s very good size and tastes great.

They sell really tasty food in a take-out pack for an average of 10usd, so it's up to you to take with you or sit in a designated area meant for the restaurant. If there is no queue expect fast service. They have both English and Spanish speaking staff and they collect card/cash as payment options. Bon Appetite!

My family absolutely loves Sarku Japan!!! It is our favorite restaurant to eat at every time we go to Willowbrook mall. The food is always great and the prices are decent. We love the orange chicken and the bourbon chicken the most, the lo mein is great and both types of shrimp fried rice are awesome! I will continue to eat here until my family until we have to find another Sarku Japan somewhere else

Love this place! Every time we go to the mall we always get some chicken teriyaki with fried rice and extra sauce. Food is always delicious. We did notice that the price keeps increasing so it is a bit pricey now. The good thing is they have a special buy 4 plates get one free.

Got the Chicken Bento box with fried rice and an extra piece of shrimp tempura. Service was friendly. Meat and rice were good but the California Rolls were not the best (seemed a bit old and dry). Pretty good value for the money with this bento, since we both wanted a kind of snack and we split this one item. Good option at the mall food court.
