Denis is a great employee. Gives great customer service very observant and always serves you with a smile. He also remembers me from my lunch breaks super nice guy. Food always 10 out of 10 when he's working.

This location is a KFC and Taco Bell combined. I ordered a #3 three pc chicken meal. The nicest gentleman behind the counter said I should get the #6 three pc that comes with 2 sides vs the #3 that has one side. It is the same price! The meal was fresh and hot and tasted fantastic. This was a nice experience and I'll be back.

Came to KFC on 610 and yale and I feel this is by far the best KFC out there. The staff is very nice and friendly...no nasty attitudes!! The food is very fresh and hot the only negative thing I have to say is that some menu items are not available anymore but other than that everything was excellent. I highly recommend this location.

I have to say... Some KFC locations are questionable, both in staffing and food quality, but this location was EXCELLENT. Original recipe it tasted like I remember it from years ago, real flavorful. Everything was clean and employees were pleasant. I'm-a-going-back!!

The Mgr made sure my wings were fresh. Had to wait a tad longer but that was ok. He kept me up on cook time while I waited.

Service was great and fast, the man working at the window is such a gem of a person! The Beyond chicken nuggets were good, had a good density and “chicken” consistency. Would recommend!

I gave it five stars before I knew how they really are. The management is trifling, and if you don't have a car how are you supposed to pull up to drive through. That just don't make any sense, they will tell you go to drive through you can't order in here. So people don't have a car I guess they can't eat KFC or Taco Bell. Can I have any feedback on this, and what do you think about this service that they're doing with no place to order for people that is walking.

The $5 grill cheese burrito box was great but all the cheese that made the burrito special was stuck on the paper! Like all of it

This place always has good service for me and my sons food needs. What gave this place a real high rating is that they take apple pay and were life savers when i had lost my wallet. I didnt know i had lost it until i was paying. Cashier rep let me know i could apple pay and I was glad i could get out food. Found my wallet at home later in the day :)

Staff members are extremely professional and courteous. So many smiling faces,energized decor. I ordered 3 piece white grilled for a change of pace tender and juicy.
