Taco Bell

$1.00 Drink was worth a dollar... They are always so slow, despite having 2 or fewer customers in the lobby and 1 or none in the drive-thru. Employees' uniforms are always dirty looking and not just from food... Attitudes are ok. I wouldn't recommend anything... That tree in front looks like a .... 😆

I’m just now getting around to checking this place out and the main reason I sought it out in the first place is bc, their general manager was impeccable in his professionalism. I had an issue with the drive thru on W34th, which long story short resulted in my kids skipping dinner and caused immense stress on an already difficult day. When I wrote the company to explain how unbelievably wrong and ridiculous they acted I couldn’t select that specific Taco Bell. First thing the GM gave me a call and I explained that it wasn’t this store and said I appreciated his concern of course they didn’t need to help. He STILL offered to reconcile the issue, and help alleviate some stress by not having to deal with the ppl at W34th. Unfortunately we were on foot and couldn’t take him up on the offer but I was so thankful to be heard and understood. It’s weeks to a month later and I am still grateful that this kindness is not dead in the world. (corporate also reconciled the issue with me) Food is good, we got a buffet af to support their store and service was on point. Thanks Y’all 🙏🏼 😊
