Papa Johns Pizza

Worst Papa John’s ever, will not come back to this location. I ordered one pizza online, regular crust, with bacon and mushroom! They put BBQ SAUCE!! Not regular pizza sauce and some weird kind of ham, (looked and tasted like chopped up SPAM) super nasty! On my pizza and then they used THIN CRUST. This pizza was no where close to what I ordered. Sadly it was a slow night , they weren’t busy when I came to pick my pizza up so after driving all the way home and seeing the wrong pizza I called back asking to speak with a manager and the store employee that answered was rude and hung up on me. For some reason 20 minutes later, the “manager” called my personal cell number, asking why I was complaining about my pizza! Which they had messed up and gotten the order completely wrong. Not me. I threw away the pizza and blocked their store number! Super weird to try to call my personal cell number back after they didn’t want to fix the pizza or offer a coupon or anything. This location has employees that lack any professional customer service skills, and they will get your order wrong and threaten you over the phone. Waste of my money and time. Do not waste your time going to this location. Had a simple two topping pizza, get bbq sauce, thin crust, SPAM, OLIVES sausage. Super weird. Not even close to my order. Employees must be smoking meth with all of the homeless people that stand outside this store location. Should’ve known better when I pulled up front outside to pick up my pizza and there were no other customers, no other business, but they still found a way to mess up a pizza.

Papa Johns is my favorite pizza, but I am continuously disappointed with this location. Tonight I ordered 2 large pizzas and bread sticks for $60. The delivery time said 1 hour. I continued to check the app and the pizza still was not being made 40 min in. So I called the location and the girl who answered could not find my order once I gave her the order number and my name and number. I even told her the money was pulled from my account and she had no answers for me. After going back in forth with her for 10 min she realized she did have my order and it was about to be made. Long story short, my order arrived 25 minutes late, and their customer service was awful. Will rethink where I order from next time I am craving pizza.

Wish I could attach the route. 1.8 miles. Large thin crust well done. Warm and floppy. Store located on corner of 52 and little. That's in florida, Hudson. 20 minutes to deliver. Will not order another pizza from papa John's. Understand, the pizzas are great but they just don't arrive hot from 1.8 miles away. I'm the one that's done, well done!

The speech was wonderful. The sand was white. It really has no limitation on how far that you can go out into the ocean. You can go out pretty far and the water is still shallow. There is an option of umbrellas and wine chairs. They also have concession stands which you can buy slushy‘s ice cream drinks etc. This is a beach that I highly suggest.

the worst papa johns i have ever been to. we first ordered the food and they declined our card because they said they didn’t know how to do it. then after a hour wait we finally got our food. it was cold, after we finally got home they called us at 1030 and then again at 1118 pm. saying that we did not pay the bill was 104$ for 5 pizzas and some wings. we called the bank and the transaction was pending so we called them and told them that. they then called us again after the money went thru this morning. they proceeded to threaten to call the cops, saying “we will give you your money back but u need to come pay agian”” if you don’t we will call the cops”

We ordered a specialty pizza, at the tune of $ 24.67. Our order of a thin crust with 2 toppings of sausage and green peppers took over an hour to be delivered. The pizza was over done and not much when it came to the toppings. It was the 2nd pizza that came from Papa John's. We won't be ordering any pizza from them in the future, especially at that price.

Placed an order 2 hours ahead of time to get there and was told “it’s going to be another 30 min” and the explanation was “door dash is our first priority “ carol was the rudest woman I’ve ever dealt with. I was ready to wait after being told they couldn’t refund in cash (I understand the pending charges will be released) but then Carol spoke over who I was speaking to and I’m the meanest voice said NO we don’t do that. Okay that’s fine but lose the attitude. I understand you’re under staffed (even though I know of at least 3 qualified people who’ve applied, called to inquire and never received a call back) but this was placed 2 hours ahead of time. The way we were treated was unacceptable. Carol you need to not speak over people, get snippy and tell us we aren’t priority when we placed an order 2 hours ahead. Took my family of 7 elsewhere. Even someone leaving told us “good luck I’ve waited an hour and a half and still leaving with no food” when we were walking in.
