Pizza Hut

It started out perfectly fine, I havent been here in about 3-4 years due to being in the military and cant visit home often. We ordered our drinks and food just fine. Breadsticks came fast and pizza not to long after it. When my mom ordered more water because her throat was dry and really needed it, out waitress took her glass to the back and refilled it. By the 5 min mark my mom could not wait any longer and had to go upto the other staff to request her water again so she could clear her throat. The other stuff acted like the she inconvenienced them and handed it back while our waitress was playing on her phone.

We stopped in the early afternoon and there were only two other tables of people there. We were seated quickly and the waitress came to our table in a timely manner. The food arrived within 25 minutes of our arrival and was delicious. Our waitress did a great job checking on us and we had a good experience.

I deleted my last review that was due to the bad service. Not only did my pizza as always taste awesome but the service was outstanding! We decided to celebrate my daughter's birthday. Walked in seated 6 of us. Bart the waiter did a fantastic job. Jonny on the spot! It was nice to see the store have adequate staff. It's nice to see such a nice turnaround. Thank you! If you go hopefully you get Bart as a waiter! Maybe use him to oversee all your wait staff. Definitely will be back.

The last 2 times we ordered from this location the pizza has been terrible. But my son had a free personal pan pizza from school so we decided to give it one more chance. Bad idea, the pizza had an odd taste almost like one or more of the ingredients was rancid. I will never be back and I now understand why there are never any cars in the parking lot.
