Simply impressed by this restraunt in Hudson. When I walked in I would have never thought I was in Hudson, the staff were all super friendly and reliable. Our waiter was very knowledgeable in her foods how to explain everything I didn't understand. The food was brought out on time with perfect presentation. I had to personally thank two staff members for the wonderful service they provided.

Had a wonderful experience last night, while dining outside. The menu is small and interesting, all dishes well prepared (roasted peppers, deviled eggs, liver pâté, burgers and steak tartare) and plentiful. The staff were attentive and got it just right - not overbearing, and there at the right time. We will be back, even during colder months! Good beer selection, and would be thrilled if you had on tap offerings.

My boyfriend and I had a fantastic meal here. Our server helped us choose a bottle of wine we were very happy with. We both had the tomato and bread soup which was absolutely fantastic. Next I had the roasted cauliflower salad which was an unexpected but tasty combination of flavors, and he had the pork stew which he was also very satisfied with. I loved the atmosphere and high ceilings in the restaurant. I'd certainly go back!

The food was exceptional! Even though some of the items on the menu sounds simple, such as the half chicken with escarole and white beans that I ordered, the flavors were amazing and so well executed. My favorite dish was the twice kale (fresh kale and kale kimchi) with garbanzo bean croutons. Also the cocktails should not be missed. And the service was excellent.

Oyster app was tasty, perfectly paired with good beer selection. Pasta dish was unimpressive. Burger is solid, fries are really good. Service is mediocre, better attention needed: drinks and water stayed empty for a while. Will try again. updated, visited a year later: food still really good - had fried chicken this time - and loved it - crispy and juicy, came out hot; sat at bar and the bartender was on top of things, super nice... maybe last time was a busy night or things have improved...

This is the favorite restaurant in Hudson for Janice and me. The chicken -- fried, and in the past, roasted -- is wonderful. As is the steak tartare. And the home-made fries. And this is the view shared by a friend who dined with us one time who is a French chef, who declared the roasted chicken to be on the par with what he would expect of a fine French restaurant. We usually had the same server, Sienna, who made it such a warm and friendly place. But now I hear it has closed! I hope that is not the case. But if so, Chef Brassard, please let us know on the web site where you will be next!
