Dunkin Donuts

This Dunkin Donuts was awful. Not enough help.... waited in line too long. My Latte was great, but the blueberry muffin was not baked long enough. It was still gooey in the middle. Didn't notice this til I got home to eat it! Had to throw it away. Didn't want to get sick. I visit different Dunkins, but this one was not good.

Hands down, the best LOOKING Dunkin in all of Pasco county. It really however is surely the slowest in the area. If you are looking to have a semi relaxing outdoor experience, with benches and tables and chairs under the shade of trees that remind me of a beautiful fall day at home in Brooklyn, take a trip for a dine in (eat outside) only. If you are going to stop at the drive through I'd pass. I guess the food comes out hot and fresh but still too slow... They've got all kids working in there they look 16 to 17.

Loyal Dunkin customer, almost daily. This Dunkin is by far my favorite one. Kudos to the manager there, staff is well trained in customer service, and very friendly. Myself being an older adult is not always treated with kindness or patience at such places. Christian, Jarrod, Katrina?, and another little blond haired girl, just to mention a few are five star crew members. Good job Dunkin!

If you're a Dunkin' donuts fan you would rate a 4-5... If you just want coffee and a donut or a breakfast sandwich you would rate a 2-... The place is haphazard seems to be no real science to it but they seem to make it stick together.... FLORIDA NEEDS A LOAD OF KRISPY KREMES FOR GOOD OLD-FASHIONED COMPETITION!

Me and my uncle started to place our order "large frozen ..." and than the flavor we wanted. The cashier gave us attitude "large frozen what? Latte, coffee, ..." and named a bunch more. We tried to explain "We don't know exactly what it's called?" which made her more angry, mean, and rude. I stood there waiting for her to shut up, Bob started yelling his order to her. Another employee walked up and we got our order placed with her while the cashier is still giving us her bad attitude under her breath but still loud enough for me to hear. Got 2 out of 3 drinks ordered. I said "large frozen ..." didn't get a chance to finish the sentence before she rudely sigh and said "another one". I don't know what her problem is but she don't need to be around people! She has ZERO customer service and 100% BAD ATTITUDE!

They were rgt on giving me the info and advice I needed. Helpful as can be... Unlike their competition directly across U.S. 19 in Spring Hill FL today whom completely ignored my son and I whom had been waiting to speak to sales clerk.. He went from one couple directly to others whom just walked up despite us waiting for nearly 10 min while he talked to first couple. Lowe's was by far better choice
