Dunkin'

I placed an online order for 12 assorted donuts and waited 20 minutes for this to be ready. After noticing that the people ordering in store were getting served faster than the mobile orders, I decided to wait in line. When getting to the front of the line, I asked if I could please pick out my donuts from my mobile order. The worker refused and made me wait for them to get to that order. It apparently would’ve been faster to cancel my online order and just wait in line. I ended up being late for work because of this. I’m very disappointed that it takes 20 minutes to throw 12 assorted donuts in a box. I placed my order at 7:40am and didn’t walk out of the store until 8am. This is the last time that I will be stopping at this Dunkin’ store!

I go to this dunkin every single day! I have good and bad service but mostly bad. I have had messed up orders all the time either wrong items, made poorly or missing items. The other day I witnessed an employee screaming and yelling over the counter at a customer with lots of people standing in line. It was awkward and super rude. So unprofessional!

I've been to this establishment three times. The first time was okay, but the last two were nothing short as for being uncomfortable. On the second visit, one of the staff members had a terrible anger problem. She was literally trying to punch the order in her computer screen while scowling and talking in a rude tone. Then on the third visit, poor conduct of order processing. I spent about eleven dollars for two large macchiatos, but instead received two 'medium' types that were about a quarter full of liquid, and three quarters of foam. How are these proper drinks? How is this a way to serve customers? To say the least, I'm not returning to this branch, if any of them in the future.

This is a 3-part review on Hudson’s Fairview Ave Dunkin Donuts. For my first experience, I put in an on-the-go order and waited 20 minutes after putting it in. I then did another on-the-go order, and used my free beverages and they were closed at 2 during their normal business hours. No one answered the phone when I called either. I just went there today and I put my order in and drove there, a ten minute drive. Then waited 20 minutes for my on the go order. There were people who put there order in when they got there and left before I did. I also watched about 15/20 people get their order before I did. They knew my order too, and I was the last one in the building before they did my drinks. To wait 20 minutes on top of a 10 minute drive is ridiculous. Also the women at the counter had a bad attitude and was very rude, to her customers and staff. She should have also helped the staff, but because she was working register, that was the only thing she did and watched her staff without helping. I am not coming back to this location!
