Chick-fil-a

We went to the drive thru. The employee asked if we were Steven. We said no. My husband gave his name. The employee made a comment that there is no order with that name. Another employee came around and clicked on the screen and brought up our name and order. We paid for our order. A few seconds later, the 1st employee that took our payment asked if we wanted bacon with the sandwich because bacon would take about 4 minutes. I said that bacon came with the sandwich and yes, I would like the bacon that came with the sandwich. We were told to park around and our order would be brought to us. So we parked and waited for our food. After over 5 min, an employee asked if we were Steven. We said that this is the 2nd time we were asked and no we are not. Our order was then brought to us. Next time let your patron know before hand!!! This was a disappointing experience.

Whoever designed the Site Plan for this Chick-fil-A was quite possibly a schizophrenic. Seriously. The Drive- Thru route is like a maze. You drive in the entrance which is oddly right where the drive thru pick up window is at, then past the Chick-fil-A and out of the back parking lot, then drive about 40 feet and the pull back into the back parking lot and drive around to the front of the building to place your order. You won't believe it until you see it for yourself. All they had to do was flip the floor plan so that the drive thru was on the opposite side of the entrance. It's not Rocket Science, just common sense. The sandwich was great. The journey gave me a slight headache. Kind of felt like a mouse in a maze.

By traveling around the USA I have noticed that one Chick-fil-A is the same as every other Chick-fil-A........except today. I'm an ice cream junkie, ordered a small cup of ice cream. It was the smallest cup I have ever seen. I would not have had a problem with the cup if they would have filled it with ice cream. I looked at it and thought 'Why bother '! If I had been driving I would have sent it back for a fill up.

Worst chic fil a i have ever experienced. If i could give it a zero i would. Went there after work to get a chicken sandwich meal with fries and a drink, it was a regular crispy chicken with JUST mayonnaise. They messed that up the first time, had pickles on it and my sprite was only carbonation no flavor whatsoever. It was gross. So we had gone back to fix my meal, and they messed it up again. Made it a spicy chicken when i never once said i wanted spicy.. will never be coming to this chic fil a again.
