Mcdonald's

After waiting 30min for a "fast food" I've finally got home to disappoint my daughter with this chicken mayo with extra cheese and extra pickles, Old re warmed chips no tomato dips for the cheesy bites and tastless coke. Thank you very much McDonalds, this is not the first time bit definitely the last, BTW still waiting for your call back 👍

Home of the sausage and one third of an egg mcmuffin, see pic. Worst maccys I've ever been to. It's consistently bad. Cold food or not as its supposed to be served. A member of staff actually put that piece of egg on and thought "that'll do" I could go on with other examples of poor service and food but I won't. I just won't be going back

Oh my gosh, shocking service. I went to get quick meal to save cooking and the chips were white not cooked the milk shakes should be taken off the menus cause they never have any, and the Big Mac was two burgers topped off with two buns wow how are these guys still in business. They seem to take more time getting delivery orders out that 90% or the customers in the store are delivery drivers. And to top it off I can’t even ring the store to complain so have to do it here. disgraceful !!!!!

Ordered on just eat Big Mac and fries came freezing cold, drinks where spilt and half filled coffees, missing 2 mcflurrys and a milkshake and I live less than 5 min walk from here so how is food freezing cold and coffees half filled and just by the just eat reviews it’s happening to 99% of customers every day for months.

Very poor service and food. Waited 20 minutes in the drive through along with several other frustrated customers. When i received my order the fries were horrid, undercooked and soft. The quarterpounder burgers were prepared badly and incorrectly. I had hoped that waiting so long for food would have meant the order was delicious and correct but unfortunately not. I will not be complaining direct to McDonald's on this occasion as it is simply not worth my time and they are more than aware of the standard of this particular restaurant if they have looked at the other reviews. ☹

The worst service I have received in my life. Staff need to be trained. It’s no surprise to me to find that this McDonald’s has a terrible rating after having just experienced it myself. Firstly, I made an order through the app for a McFlurry to pickup, I was waiting at the collection point to collect my order and the first thing I noticed was that the screen for the order numbers wasn’t working so there was no way I could know if my order was ready. Secondly, my order number did not get called out. So I questioned as to what happened to my order? I was standing and waiting at the collection point for over 10 minutes for just a McFlurry and staff were clearly aware of me as I was standing right in front of the collection point waiting for somebody to help. I had to go queue at the till to resolve the problem and tell them they had lost my order. The majority (if not all) of the staff preparing food and on the tills appeared to be young adults who were clearly not aware of and/or trained to interact with customers. The service needs to change dramatically otherwise this franchise should close to be frankly honest. What an absolute nightmare.

Last 3 times I've been ordered 2 plain cheeseburger happy meals and both came with relish on which my little boys won't eat plus missing parts of my other items like only got 12 chicken nuggets in the 20 box and missing chips from 2 meals. Try phoning and they never answer its the worst McDonald's around the area avoid like the plague

The worst McDonald's ever, almost everyone going through the drive through had to park up and wait. When the food eventually came out 20 mins later it was cold. 2nd time I've been there, 1st time food we ordered was missing and couldn't be bothered to turn around and go back. Never again even if I'm starving. PS - 1 Star was far too generous......
