Nice pub tbf. We only stopped for one drink whilst passing through Ilkley. Big spacious pub with a large beer garden. Pay and display parking right behind with an hour's free parking.

Called here on a visit to Ilkley at Lunchtime. It was a Saturday and the day of a big Rugby match. The gentleman that I believe was the Landlord was very helpful. He noticed us coming in with our son in a pushchair and helped and then interacted with him. He seemed like a lovely guy. Good food. Nothing amazing but good pub food. Drinks good. Nice atmosphere- what’s not to like? I’d come back if I was in the area.

Cracking beer garden with all mod cons - TV, Booths etc. Great selection of beers and service to boot. Didnt eat but food orders were busy

Stayed for one night before doing the Dales Way. It's very close to the start, great atmosphere in the evening and the breakfast was first rate. Definitely set us up for the day. Finally the Landlord was incredibly helpful and very amusing. Perfect way to start a holiday.

Amazing atmosphere. The bar staff are always very friendly and accommodating. Food is always spot on so thumbs up to the chef! Shall definitely be back.

Called on a quiet Friday lunch time. A good choice of local ales. Myself and partner ordered Pies which were ok. A small portion of mash and a few peas accompanied. Nothing special. The girl behind the bar was excellent. Hardworking, smiley and very pleasant, an asset to the pub.

Emma and Terry looked after us so well, including our wee dog Chris. Came away for a family weekend and they let us use the bar as a space to open belated Christmas presents on Saturday morning. Clean, comfy rooms, great shower. The rooms are above the pub, so don't expect it to be super quiet until after closing time but we had a couple of great nights' sleep, enjoyed the quality breakfasts and will stay again soon! Thanks Emma and Terry for you hospitality!

Went to the bar and dining area for some breakfast and to watch the women’s World Cup. Was pretty quiet as it was quite early.
Received amazing service by Isy at the bar, had a full English veggie breakfast which was super nice and a good portion for the price.
Would recommend to watch sport, get drinks or eat a pub meal. Beer garden is also rlly nice and spacious.
