I went to Ilkley with friends and family. Brilliant day out. I knew of Midgley's Fishshop from passing in the car. This year we gave it a go they have family friendly deals (portion sizes are a little smaller but well worth it), the quality of the food is excellent. TOP TIP get to this establishment it's around 30-40% cheaper than other places that sells fish and chips in the local area.

The fish and chips were good but small portions the medium definitely should be called a small
I got the lunchtime special good value with a pot of curry sauce which was pointless for how little chips they was tbh but 5.95 is cheap so I go 4 stars out of 5
