I have to say that the staff I encountered were outstanding . The customer care was amazing . Thank you . In my opinion. certain places need people with experience of life to give the the best experience to their customers. This stood out a mile at this beautiful place, Thank you all very much. My 18 yr old son was with me and he thought you were brilliant too x

Very good garden centre with 3/4 under cover. The restaurant was to a high standard with better than average food. The homemade hash browns were amazing. The waiting staff very attentive.

Just stopped for coffee in the Potting Shed cafe in the Moss and Moor garden centre. Great coffee and a huge cinnamon bun! A lovely garden centre which is well worth a visit.

I went today with a couple of friends. First visit. We had breakfast on the terrace. The food was excellent,the place was spotless and the waiting staff were brilliant and extremely well turned out. A real pleasure. We'll be back. Thankyou to all concerned!

A really nice surprise actually, never been in since it opened but popped in for a look at garden furniture and a cuppa. The furniture was really solid and well built and reasonably priced for the quality. The restaurant was really bright and airy and staff super attentive and accommodating. Didn't eat but will be doing next time. A gem.

Excellent customer service from Jo in reception area to the young lady who served our coffee ☕ (sorry don't know her name). Coffee lovely and hot...we will be back! Also purchased some Agapanthus plants whilst we were there and again served by a lovely smiley lady and a young man. Sorry we didn't get your names either! It's so refreshing to visit somewhere and be dealt with by such nice and welcoming staff. Thank you.

Been quite a few times now. Very nice place, well set out, good displays. Plants are very good. Good selection. Prices are reasonable, not expensive. Usual selection of gifts, food etc you find in garden centres, but better quality than most. Staff are friendly and helpful. Tea room/ restaurant is very nice, good food and cakes to tempt you.
Lots of parking, good access.
Well worth a visit.

Visited on Thursday with my husband and what a lovely friendly team they are. Went to buy an egg swinging chair and various plants that were very well priced. Thank you to Jo and Micheal who helped load our van.

My family and I went for brunch today. The quality of the food was absolutely A1.
The coffee was smooth not bitter.

Fabulous brunch. I had smoked salmon and scrambled eggs, and my partner had eggs florentine. I swear, there was half a fish worth of smoked salmon! Also, the garden centre was well stocked with lovely plants and the advice was helpful.
