Lions Choice

We always talked about trying this place when we drove through St Louis but never did. When it came to the Kansas City area we tried it pretty much immediately. Since Davis has been our go-to spot for fast-food over just about any other place. Prices are reasonable and the sandwich you get is much better than Arby's and I typically enjoy it more than a hamburger. I really cannot recommend this place enough. Just get any original or king-size roast beef sandwich with liquid cheddar, put some of their horseradish sauce on there and you are in heaven. The kids menu is reasonably priced with a lot of options. And don't forget you can or the gate you're extremely cheap ice cream cones.

We’d been driving for 15 hours, Utah seemed like 4 days ago, not 2. Everyone’s tired, hungry, and wanting some fresh air. And finally we see the sign we’d been looking for all day: Lions choice was near.. Inside we found the cleanest, newest, most upscale version of the restaurant we remembered from “back in the day”, but under the hood we found the same fantastic food and customer service that we had always come to expect. Mike served us that day, with a smile and dedication above and beyond, and we hope to see him and the rest of the team again very soon.

Absolutely amazing customer service from Brittney and manager John!! Food was fresh, hot, and made to order! They really went out of their way to help us. First time experience for me and it couldn’t have been better! The roast beef was amazing with the cheddar sauce and absolutely loved the honey mustard sauce

I ordered the new chicken sandwich - it is literally a small chicken tender on a big (regular) bun with three pickles and you might see a drop of mayo. They could’ve very easily put two more chicken tenders on it to make it a full sandwich but instead the chicken tender was only in the middle third of the with sandwich with both sides having a lot of leftover bread - $10 combo meal - i don’t think so! Never ever going there again. Will wait in the Wendy’s line instead!
