Pizza Street

Took the family out to eat here tonight and we were absolutely horrified at what we saw. Grown adults touching the buffet food with there hands while the staff talked and laughed with them and not once ever saying a word. We also witnessed children touching and licking the pizza and putting it back saying they didn’t like it and the staff never saying a word. Children operating the ice cream machine and placing there mouths on the piece that the ice cream comes out and laughing with staff about it. The people cleaning only picking up plates and leaving food on the floor not picking it up and not cleaning the tables. The table we sat at was filthy as were all the others so we asked for a rag to clean the table our selves and were told it was clean and when we pointed out that it wasn’t that food doesn’t come off and to sit and eat or leave. I asked for a refund and we would leave and we were told sorry no refunds. The pizza was cold and they would only make pizzas that there families and friends wanted and refused to make anything that we wanted which they told us when we paid if there was a pizza we would like to let them know and they would make it for us and they refused. Three adults at 9.99 a person plus drinks. The main point here is we just went throw pandemic and it is still affecting us and to see no regard to cleanliness or safe food practice and safe food handling this is a place that is just not clean or a safe place to eat. We will never be back which is sad this use to be a busy and nice place to eat now it’s as bad as eating out of a trash can no thank you.

11am and the doors open and I come in to a relatively well stocked buffet of pizzas. Pizza Street is honestly the best place to go if you want to stuff yourself on cheap pizza. So for what it is, Pizza Street does cheap pizza better than most. The side stuff is bland like the mac and cheese, their pizza crust is nothing special, their tomato sauce is meh and the BBQ sauce is a bit too sweet. But ya know, all small complaints that are mostly personal preference and also are expectations you shouldn't hold a pizza buffet to when the price of entry is like 6 bucks. Overall, its worth the price, and I like it.

I went for a birthday party hoping the price would still be 4.99 but nope they have raised the price to 9.99... Raising the price is understandable but the quality of the food has gone waaaayy down. Pizza was extremely dry and didn't really have a good flavor. Plus side the cinnamon rolls weren't too bad as long as you got them hot and fresh!

As soon as we walked in I was greeted by a very nice gentleman. It was very polite He took my order and made sure to ask what kind of pizza we would like before we even left the register. The pizza looked better that day that it hasn't a long time. It was very fresh and they kept up I never seen an empty pizza pan while I was there and the desserts were amazing as well as the salad bar and pasta bar. And it was very clean throughout the whole restaurant and game room and the restrooms were very clean as well. Thank you Pizza Street we're making our night out special

The owner of this place needs to come here and fix this business. The floor in the arcade is literally in pieces, and the tile itself is greasy/slippery. There’s never enough staff here to keep up with the amount of food being eaten. And what happened to the desert? There’s only 1 or 2 options. The staff are extremely friendly I will say. That’s the only reason I’m giving 2 stars.
